The Grand Island is North Louisiana’s only private island venue, an eight-acre estate set in the middle of Cross Lake, reached only by boat, and reserved for one celebration at a time. We host weddings, corporate and wellness retreats, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, fundraisers, and private gatherings of every kind. The venue itself, a private island on Cross Lake surrounded by signature Louisiana cypress trees, is stunning. The owners (who also did all the decorating and the catering and day-of-wedding coordination) went above, beyond, and well over-the-top to make sure our day was absolutely perfect.
